We at JaSans Tea and Coffee aim to provide our customers with quality experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
We are unable to accept any returns if the tea or coffee product is opened, used or package damaged in any way. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
You have 7 days from the date in which you received the item to make a return.
We will accept returns for an exchange or refund. For exchanges, you may request a different tea that is equal in value or lesser value of tea purchased. You may not exchange a tea item for a coffee item or vice versa.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, time-frame is depended upon your bank.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us first will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning items.
